Advanced Crane weighing system:
Advanced Crane weighing system for Raw material weighing, Molten metal weighing during Tapping and Molten metal weighment during pouring.
ACI offers Integral type Crane weigher, an innovative system for measuring molten metal at high temperature. Furnace raw material charging and molten metal tapping can be accurately measured and recorded using Crane weigher. It provides the necessary data for further automation on the melting platform.

Melting platform Automation:
ACI provides an Integrated solution for monitoring and controlling all the critical parameters in the Melting process.
Major raw material addition:
Ensure accurate addition of raw material into furnace, using Crane with magnetic pickup or Automatic Batching system.
Minor raw material addition:
Ensure accurate addition of correct raw material into furnace, using Weighing scale or Automatic Batching system
Spectrometer interface :
Display Alloy composition data in furnace platform and also automatically schedule correction batch based on pickup percentage
Furnace energy control:
Measure and control Furnace enery consumption per heat, based on set energy
Nodularity checking:
Quickly check nodularity using QUICKNOD, before tapping molten metal
Temperature measurement:
Measure, display and record melt temperature using Pyrometer and ensure tapping at the right temperature
Ladle alloy addition :
Ensure accurate addition of raw material into the Ladle, using Weigh scale with Bins or using Automatic Alloy feeder.
Molten metal weighment:
Ensure right quantity of Tapping using Crane weigher with Target weight display
Pouring / Cooling Timers:
Automatically start Timers at the appropriate time and provide multi stage alarms to ensure pouring completion within specified time.
Online casting counting machine:
ACI provides an innovative solution for Counting casting pieces which are sent to other sections for subsequent processing. Casting details are stored in the system and recalled during counting operation.
