FURNACE ENERGY MONITORING & CONTROL WITH AUTOMATIC SINTERING PROCESS


The energy meter shall be installed in the control panel. Four keys are provided for entering the set energy and a LCD display for displaying the remaining units. The energy reading shall be read from the energy meter and a relay output is given to automatically stop the furnace once the set energy is consumed. A reset button is provided to initialize the energy reading.

Wireless data communication is also provided optionally.
